The Broadway is a dynamic 93,000 sqm scheme intended for residential, office, retail and public use, designed and developed by architects Squire & Partners on the site of the former Metropolitan Police HQ in Victoria.
Conceived to convey a ‘campus’ feel, the development blends a contemporary architectural language with echoes of the stylistic features of art Deco.
We have collaborated with the lighting design team of Nulty+ by providing architectural solutions for ambient and accent illumination, amongst which the ultra-versatile magnetic system The Running Magnet and the minimal and discreet Find Me 1 spot by Flos.
