We recently collaborated with Architect Perkins & Will and Lighting Design Studio Nulty+, who delivered a successful lighting design for Take-Two Interactive. This creative gaming company values well-being and work-life balance and asked for a stylish and versatile lighting scheme that could create the most comfortable environment and homely feeling.
The feature pendant suspended in the reception is Coordinates by Michael Anastassiades, chosen to echo the grid-like pattern of the window that enfolds the space. It consists of a series of slim horizontal and vertical light rods that, by softly touching each other on one or two points, form a delicate three-dimensional grid floating in the air.
In the breakout room and communal areas, the lighting arrangement aligns with the requirements of an informal and flexible space. The Running Magnet by Flos is a magnetic light system that allows spots to be easily moved along the track and repositioned to adjust the direction of light. Outer lines of light integrated into the acoustic ceiling panels frame the Running Magnet, expanding the orthogonal layout.
In the workspace, rows of black Running Magnet are equipped with Light Shadow, ultra-low glare fittings that offer maximum light comfort with a minimal design.
