Designed with a focus on environmental performance and a heightened guest experience, the building balances bold architectural drama with a serene, craft-led aesthetic.
Designed as a serene green sanctuary in the heart of Knightsbridge, the Niwaki courtyard features sculptural trees and lush underplanting set in dark metal planters and elegant stone paving. This calm, craft-led atmosphere flows into the warm, timber-lined reception, where the intimate texture of wood meets the striking scale of a full-height atrium. Flooding the interior with natural light, this soaring vertical space seamlessly connects the organic tranquility of the courtyard to the expansive, modern offices above.
Lighting serves as a key design driver, featuring statement installations like Vibia’s Array and Wireflow Free, alongside the technical precision of Flos’ Light Shadow Pro, Landlord and A Round fixtures.
