To-Tie is Guglielmo Poletti’s latest essential design, which perfectly embodies the true spirit and philosophy of Flos. The collection, made up of three different sized lamps available in two finishes, plays on the relationship of a series of elements reduced to the bare minimum: cable, bar and cylinder. With To-Tie, the Italian designer’s consistent research on the properties of materials is taken to its limit, exposing his experimental approach and creating an incredibly transparent design, held together by mechanical tension alone, without the need for screws, glues or welds.
