Philippe Starck,

Since forever, the lightbulb is protected by a glass globe. Today, this disappears in favour of the light. It is the both poetic and surrealistic idea of dematerialized architectural lighting and the memory of the space occupied by the light.

In Vitro is an elegant outdoor lighting collection of glowing glass lanterns that spark magic into the surroundings. Each element is made of a clear glass diffuser held by an elongated and slender aluminium frame. The LED source is compact and concealed as if the glass contained an invisible, living light source. The In Vitro collection comprises a wide range of versions and sizes.
