String Light designed by Michael Anastassiades for Flos has won the 'Interior Luminaire of the Year' at the annual Lighting Design Awards. This innovative LED product allows you create your own configuration using the cable and a series of hooks to hold the power supply in tension. The product is touch dimmable and also has the added benefit of the new iPhone and Android app which allows you to control the dimming level remotely.
Modular are always developing unique products and Rektor & Medard are no exception. Both products have recently received multiple awards including the International Good Design Award and the Henry van de Velde label for the Rektor and the iF Design Award and the Good Industrial Design Award for the Medard.
This year's Homes & Gardens awards at The British Museum celebrated the best in new British design from kitchen and bathroom products to best surface design and furniture. String Light designed by Michael Anastassides for Flos was nominated in the best Lighting Designer category and won! The String Light, now with the addition of the innovative app allows the product to be controlled through your iPhone.

This years FX Awards are happening on Wednesday 25th November and the deadline for entries is Friday 24th July.
At last night’s Lighting Design Awards at the Hilton Hotel, both Goldman by Ron Gilad for Flos and Running Magnet for Flos were given the Highly Commended accolade in the Interior Luminaire category.
Atrium were fortunate enough to have three products in the short list for Interior Luminaire of the year with Aim by R & E Bouroullec for Flos also being short listed.

Rektor receives Henry van de Velde Label for quality Flemish design. The Henry van de Velde Labels honour products and projects from contemporary applied arts, industrial and graphic design and service design.
Toccata received the iF Product Design Award 2014 for special combination of sustainable, artisanal production, hand-polished surfaces and the latest high power LED technology.
