The health and wellbeing of our employees, customers, suppliers and other partners is the top priority for Atrium and our Scottish operating division Kelvin Lighting. We have applied measures to safeguard our employees’ wellbeing and to ensure business continuity as we all move into uncharted waters.
Our investment in technology in recent years ensures we can collaborate seamlessly and effectively with our customers and supply chain without the need for physical interaction. We look forward to supporting our customers on a continuing basis through video conferencing to maintain face-to-face contact and to ensure your projects progress in an efficient manner.
Of course, we will continue to use the telephone and email but strongly believe that face-to-face interaction remains the best form of communication. We will be delighted to conduct project meetings, product presentations, CPDs and Lunch & Learn sessions through digital platforms . . . though it may be a challenge to provide lunch!
In respect of our own premises we respectfully request that all external partners, suppliers and associates refrain from visiting any Atrium or Kelvin Lighting location, including our Park Royal warehouse, if you feel unwell in any way or if returning from a location impacted by the Covid-19 coronavirus. Please refer to local government or health authorities for guidance about any area you have visited that has imposed restrictions. As this guidance and specific restrictions are continually changing, please keep yourself acquainted on a regular basis. This guidance also applies to any restrictions that may be imposed here by HM Government and which may change from time to time.
We look forward to continuing our collaboration with you through more innovative and creative means, ever learning and dynamically adapting to the current difficult situation that we all must face together.
