Spine is a new family of adjustable outdoor projectors and one of the most significant innovations in the Flos Outdoor collection.
With Spine, designer Vincent Van Duysen created a product that impeccably blends his unique minimal aesthetics with Flos’ engineering expertise, transforming the spotlight, often regarded as an anonymous instrument, into a product of excellence. As its name suggests, Spine recalls the backbone, strong and flexible, by tilting 270°degrees and rotating 360°, thus obtaining maximum precision when directing the light without compromising visual comfort.
The Spine family includes three products and several light beams: Absolute, with an essential selection of Spot and Flood beams; Pro, with a complete set of professional beam apertures; and Ultra, perfect for fulfilling the most complex installations. These come in two sizes, with a diameter of 70 mm or 90 mm, and be combined with a wide range of accessories for different types of installation and for lighting control, making Spine perfect for customised projects in any environment.
